Provide and Assist CiC was founded by Harpal to assist with developing and managing specialist supported housing services.

Harpal brings significant experience to his role as Managing Director, having been a Private Landlord supporting the Local Authority. Harpal believes in service to others and in doing so providing Specialist Housing for vulnerable people in the most deprived areas across England.

His passion and knowledge of housing and learning disability are clear along with his strong senior leadership experience, supported by his Central Management Team resulting in providing great quality housing options for people with learning disabilities and Mental Health. Requiring bespoke therapeutically inspired environments to live independently in the community.

Harpal is a qualified professional and has volunteered at Committee Level on various Charities as well as currently serving as a Trustee for a term of six years on a Charity Board. Harpal is an advocate of strong governance, equality and fairness to all seeking good quality housing solutions, furthermore he is supported by a team of experienced specialists that form the Central Management Team, all with the pre-requisite skills to support and deliver tailored housing solutions and manage new projects from inception to complete successful sign-off.
